How Long Delivery Takes
Most orders arrive within 8 to 14 business days. We know that waiting is the hard part, so as soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow it the whole way.

Nothing frustrates us more than an unexpected charge when a package arrives. That is why any duties and taxes, when applicable, are calculated automatically at checkout, before you pay. The price you confirm at checkout is the full price, with nothing added later.

Our 30-Day Return Policy
If something is not right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. No complicated forms, no runaround. Contact support@astralgadgets.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.
Who Covers Return Shipping
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is covered by you. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we cover the cost, no exceptions. Either way, we will tell you clearly which applies before you send anything back.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Wrong
This should not happen, and when it does, we take responsibility for it. Send us a photo of the item and packaging at support@astralgadgets.com, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. You should never be the one covering our mistake.
When You Will See Your Refund
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
